This new cupcake birthday card started with a very cute napkin I found one day at my favorite crafts shop...:)
I used only the top layer of the napkin, which I transferred on freezer paper (maybe I will make a tutorial for this technique at some point) .
Most of the embellishments come from Daco Art ...the new lace they have is sooo prety...:)
